There are links and buttons on the site to get you where you want to go. Products are available from the main menu and under the “Products” button link, you can also view informational web pages that we have set up so you can get some information on our company and our products.
It is very important that the address provided for the delivery is accurate. Once the delivery is completed and confirmation of delivery has been obtained, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. MrFermore will not replace or reimburse if an item is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Placing an order with Mrfermore.com is easy. First, you can find your products by either searching for them using our internal search button or category. Then, once you are on the product page, select your desired quantity and add it to your cart by selecting ” ADD TO CART” button. Once at checkout, all you need to do is enter or confirm your shipping address and payment information, and then just place your order. It is that simple. After you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Let us know as soon as possible. The sooner we are made aware the quicker we can resolve the issue and find your order.
Orders usually take between 3-7 business days.
If your order is a gift you would need to put in the order destination under delivery address. For billing address, you would need to add your own address. Remember that you can add a personalized message for the person receiving the package. You can contact us at contact@mrfermore.com.
After completing your order you can inquiry about the status of your order through contact@mrfermore.com. You would need to provide the order number found on the confirmation of the purchase.
Our delivery personnel will leave the package on the front door. We will take a picture of the package and notify you of the delivery. Do not forget to include your phone number so that we may contact you if necessary.
If you catch a mistake in your order, please contact us within 4 hours by phone or email so that we may fix your order. If it has been longer than 4 hours, we would be unable to update the order.
Your credit card will be charged the moment the purchase is completed.
EASY RETURNS
We accept returns within 48 hours for unused – unopened items if you are not satisfied with them or if you received something by accident. If you purchased a box, we would not accept individual items from the box unless the items arrived incomplete / damaged. If we send you something that has expired or is about to expire within those 30 days, we will accept those returns.
Although we check our items prior to delivery, sometimes mistakes are done. It is also the responsibility of the customer to inspect items upon delivery and to notify us immediately of any problems. If after 48 hours you want to file a claim, know that we will not be able to provide you with your money back.
Do not throw away the packaging. Send us an email to contact@mrfermore.com with the order number, date of delivery, reason for return and telephone number so that we may contact you and coordinate a pickup.

For secure ordering please order directly from our webpage.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your products to DC. MD. VA. For orders past 230 miles round trip such as Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg, Winchester and Martinsburg it may take additional days.

We love customer feedback. In fact, we strongly encourage it. Our success as a business depends on your complete satisfaction.
If any of our products were temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email asking you to choose between two options. You may either wait for 2-3 days to add the unavailable products to your order or have your money refunded. If there is an item you do not see on our list, please let us know.
