You can always change or cancel an order with a status of Changeable, Pending or Waiting.
To view the status of an order, click on My Account in the online store and enter the order number and order confirmation number that was on the screen after the application has been submitted. You can also find this information on the receipt of e-mail confirmation. Be sure to proceed through the entire process. You will receive a new order confirmation email showing the changes you entered or cancellation showing your order has been canceled.
Shipping, Backorder, and Partial Shipments Orders are usually shipped from our store through our distribution center within 2-5 business days, 150 miles and outside this coverage 5-7 business days, if all items ordered are in stock. As a general rule, we will hold your order if an item is on backorder. The order will ship complete once all items are in stock.
During the checkout process, you will have the option to select “Delete backordered items and ship the items that are available.” If this is your preference, we will send available items and consumer needs to re-place a new order for any item previously removed.
3.1 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused – unopened items if you are not satisfied with them or if you received something by accident within 30 days. If you purchased a box, we will not accept individual items from the box unless the items arrived incomplete/damaged. If we send you something that has expired or is about to expire within those 30 days we will also accept returns.
Although we check our items prior to delivery to customers sometimes mistakes are done. It is also the responsibility of the customer to inspect items upon delivery and to notify us immediately of any problems. If after 30 days you want to file a claim, know that we will not be able to provide you with your money back.
Our coverage for the shipment of products will be held in Washington DC and metropolitan area within 150 miles from our headquarters. Shipments outside of the mileage coverage will have an additional cost, which will be assumed by the buyer.
