Frozen Mango Margarita

Canoe Fruit Margarita with Canoe Fruit Pulp -
An Explosion of Latin Flavor

- 1/2 cup of Canoa fruit pulp (you can find it in Latin stores or online)
- 2 oz (60 ml) white tequila
- 1 oz (30 ml) orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons agave syrup, to taste
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar to decorate the edge of the glass (optional)
- Lemon slices and mango pieces to decorate (optional)

1. In a shaker or cocktail shaker, add the Canoa fruit pulp along with the tequila, orange liqueur, lemon juice and agave syrup.
2. Add ice cubes to the shaker until it is half full.
3. Shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds to cool and mix all the ingredients well.
4. Optional: Prepare the rim of your margarita glasses by dipping them in a little salt or sugar.
5. Serve the margarita in glasses filled with fresh ice.
6. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon on the rim and a piece of mango on the rim of the glass or inside the drink.
