CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND
Thank you for shopping at Mr. Fermore. Your order can be cancelled up to one hour after it has been processed by sending an email to contact@mrfermore.com. The refund will be reflected on your credit card 24 hours after cancellation.
Returns and Refunds
To request a return and refund, you must inform us within the first 48 hours after receiving the order, stating that you want a refund and the reason. Do not discard either the box or the products.

- Date you received the order.
- Full name the order was shipped to.
- Email used to place the order.
- Reason for the return.
- A phone number we can call to coordinate the collection of the products.
We will coordinate with the shipping company for the collection of the box with the products.
